Elisabet V. R. Jørgensen is a seasoned leader in the energy and asset management sectors, with extensive experience spanning strategy, portfolio management, and business development. She is the Co-Founder & Partner of RabbIT Data, where she helps drive innovative, data-driven solutions for energy and infrastructure challenges.
In addition, Elisabet serves as a Board Member at Asset Management Danmark, where she contributes her expertise in strategic asset management, governance, and sector development.
Previously, Elisabet built a distinguished career at Ørsted, one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies. She most recently held the position of Head of Portfolio Management & Planning, where she was responsible for strategic planning and financial oversight across large-scale energy portfolios. Earlier at Ørsted, she served as Senior Manager and Manager of Asset Management, leading a team managing a combined heat and power portfolio of more than 2,500 MW electric and 3,500 MW thermal capacity. Her leadership focused on long-term budget planning, operational excellence, commercial performance, and risk-based asset management. She began her tenure at Ørsted (formerly DONG Energy) as Management Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Thermal Production, where she supported strategic planning, leadership team execution, and organizational development.
Elisabet’s earlier career includes roles at Energinet, where she worked as an Economist with a focus on electricity market monitoring, transparency, and international cooperation within ENTSO-E. She also served as Convener of the Nordic Transparency Group, shaping regulatory compliance and data-sharing frameworks across the Nordic power sector. Before that, she gained experience in Business Development at Vattenfall Danmark, working on acquisitions, divestments, profitability modeling, contract negotiations, and market analysis.
Her entrepreneurial side was evident early in her career when she founded My Apple Barrel, a social media app company whose intellectual property was successfully sold prior to launch.
With more than a decade of leadership experience in the energy industry, Elisabet combines deep sector knowledge with a strategic and innovative mindset. Her areas of expertise include portfolio management, asset management, risk-based decision-making, digital transformation, and international market development. She is recognized for her ability to bridge technical, financial, and organizational perspectives to deliver sustainable results in complex industries.
Lars Møller Uhd is an experienced leader and strategist with a strong track record in the energy, utility, and consultancy sectors.
Lars is the Founder & Partner at RabbIT Data, a company focused on delivering data-driven, effective, and innovative solutions. He also serves as a Board Member at Bramming Fjernvarme a.m.b.a., contributing his expertise in risk management and strategic decision-making within the energy and utility industry.
Previously, Lars held the position of Director of Asset Management at Netselskabet N1, Denmark’s second-largest electricity distribution grid. Here, he was responsible for four core departments—Grid Engineering Design, Grid Engineering Calculations, S&OP & Forecasting, and Quality Management—managing annual investments of more than 1.5 billion DKK. His leadership ensured long-term planning, operational excellence, and alignment of technical, financial, and strategic goals, all while securing high-quality and cost-effective electricity supply for future generations.
In addition, Lars has extensive boardroom experience. At TML Safety Engineering, he served for nearly a decade as both Chairman of the Board and later Board Member, helping the company expand significantly in size, revenue, and workforce. His contributions strengthened the company’s position within safety engineering, particularly in the oil & gas sector.
Lars’s professional expertise spans aasset management, risk management, quality management, business development, process improvement, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making. He has also worked with advanced fields such as datanalysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance forecasting, investment planning, and operational efficiency.
